Objectives: To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating & qualifying the leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research, track, maintain and update leads and databases for the same
2. Make outgoing calls to develop new business
3. Contact prospects to qualify leads
4. Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
5. Conduct customer research
6. Provide accurate and timely information to management
7. Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
1. Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
2. Experience with cold calling
3. Experience with research and maintaining databases
4. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Experience in using CRM like Zoho/Hubspot (preferred)
6. Strong project and time management skills
7. Experience with working in sales for website development or digital marketing services
