About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Check current stocks levels and see whether new orders need to be placed
2. Understand the current eCommerce inventory process and suggest improvements
3. Keep himself up to date with the supply chain and e-commerce industry through the latest news and updates
4. Handle the end-to-end coordination with the relevant team starting from planning the order till receiving it in the warehouse
5. Prepare various reports format related to purchasing, inventory, and sales
6. Revisit projections and stock levels
7. Transform client's requirements into a work plan and follow through on execution
8. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and write business e-mails as per the requirements
9. Convey improvement strategies to seniors and facilitate training sessions
10. Work with the team collaboratively and address their concerns and resolve it after discussing with seniors, if required

Who can apply

1. Masters/Diploma in supply chain and logistics, international business, and other relevant fields

2. Experience in e-commerce purchasing and supply chain including preparing projections, etc.

3. Must have experience of at least 1 year

4. Experience in managing teams and training them

5. Working knowledge of warehouse stock levels, re-ordering levels, and planning orders

6. Working knowledge of Inventory processes (purchase, warehouse transfer, etc.)

7. Should have strong knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint

8. Expert in Excel and Google Sheet

9. Good team leader and a good trainer

10. Good communication skills (he/she should be able to communicate with clients)

11. Good knowledge of writing business e-mails

12. Must have a laptop and stable internet connection

13. Should be comfortable with night shift - 7 PM - 3:30 AM

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 25,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA (All fixed)
