Senior Copywriter Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Building & Engagement
- Engage daily with client communities by responding to 35-40 comments per profile.
- Send 6-10 personalized connection requests to build and strengthen relationships.
- Track and document interactions in the community sheet to ensure growth and strategy alignment.
- Foster meaningful conversations that enhance brand presence and community trust.

2. Content Creation & Strategy
- Write 4-5 high-quality posts per week tailored to each client's audience.
- Develop brand messaging that resonates and drives engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to create impactful campaigns.
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all content formats.

3. Performance & Optimization
- Research and implement best practices to enhance community engagement.
- Analyze and refine messaging based on audience insights and industry trends.
- Provide biweekly reports on community metrics, tracking growth and engagement performance.
- Optimize nurturing sequences in DMs to initiate and sustain meaningful conversations.
