Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the client brief & explain it to a junior designer
2. Create & design as per the client's requirements from the team
3. Ensure projects are completed with high quality & on schedule
4. Prioritize & manage multiple projects within the design specifications
5. Teach intern designers
6. Handle a team of designers

Who can apply:

1. Should be capable of handling a team of 10-15 designers
2. Should be experienced enough to understand & explain the brief to junior designers
3. Should have in-depth knowledge of graphic designing
