Senior Graphic Designer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead graphic design projects and guide the design team to ensure visuals are compelling, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
2. Collaborate with fellow designers and internal teams to define design requirements, align on visual goals, and ensure alignment with project briefs
3. Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print including logos, branding, website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and marketing collateral
4. Provide feedback, iterate on designs, and refine visuals based on input and user feedback to meet business goals and user needs
5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
6. Mentor junior designers and interns by offering guidance, sharing best practices, and supporting skill development
7. Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovation and competitiveness in design practices
