The candidate's job as a senior IT sales executive is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on lead generation, hardcore IT sales, and cold calling
2. Work on relationship management with existing and potential clients
3. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues
4. Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure of the deal
Requirements:
1. Effective negotiation and presentation skills
2. Must have 6 months of experience in software sales or previous POS or point of sales B2B inside software sales required
3. An articulate manner and comfort with speaking on the phone are required
4. 6 months of telemarketing/cold-calling experience is required
5. A desire to learn the sales process and quickly absorb talking points required
6. Must be target oriented
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
