We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Java developer to join our startup team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and its various components.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software products
3. Write automated tests to ensure the quality of the code and the reliability of the application
4. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other team members
5. Participate in agile development practices such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
6. Learn and keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends continuously
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
2. 0-3+ years of experience in software development using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies
3. Experience with SQL and database design
4. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
5. Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
6. Knowledge of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Annual CTC: 3 - 5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 70%
2. Variable component: 30%
