About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the partner to understand the leadership hiring needs
2. Research/map the market to identify the best-suited talent
3. Assess talent suitability for the position
4. Manage client interactions and have a problem-solving approach for clients' needs
5. Work on candidate outreach
6. Manage client and candidate experience


1. Believe that computing and climate are the next big challenge for the world at large and will continue to script India's growth story
2. You consider putting "an ace leadership team" together as one of the most daunting challenges for a high-growth tech venture founder and believe in the power of high-impact recruiting
3. Thrive in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Self-motivated and driven by the impact you can create for an organization
6. Quick learner, curious, and willing to go the extra mile
7. Willing to try something new and look at innovation in hiring
8. Have a research-based and consultative approach to problem-solving
9. Have some prior client-facing experience in a business role - preferably in a tech/product venture for at least 4 plus years, or you come from a research background
10. An engineering degree is preferred
11. You need not be from a classical recruiting background
12. Women wanting to start/restart their careers are welcome
13. Commercials are flexible based on the years of experience and value the candidate is bringing in
