Are you good at telesales with excellent communication skills?

Yashica Jalhotra is looking for Sales & Closure Experts with proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to join our team! As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for calling to warm and interested potential leads over the phone, promoting our workshops and services, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to generate registrations for our workshop and programs
2. Following up with existing clients to upsell and downsell.
3. Maintaining accurate records every day of all communications in Google Sheets.
4. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
6. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company
7. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the industry

Note: This is a remote role with no office visits required. However, you may be invited to the office for meetings or workshops as needed.
