Key responsibilities:

7. Provide insights and contribute to the hiring team, contributing to the continuous progress and success of the organization
8. Mentor junior team members to enhance their effectiveness
9. Contribute to the company's design process and intellectual property
10. Establish a unique self-branding identity as a designer within the team
