1. Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
2. Collaborate with web designers to create website layouts and designs that are responsive and visually appealing
3. Help troubleshoot website issues and resolve them quickly to ensure optimal website performance
4. Develop and implement website security measures to protect against hacking and malware attacks
5. Work to integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and technologies to continually improve website functionality and performance
7. Help optimize website speed and performance to improve user experience and search engine ranking
8. Maintain website backups and ensure the website is regularly updated with the latest WordPress version and security patches
9. Help communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed
Compensation:
1. No compensation is given in case probation is terminated at the end of week 1 based on the performance review
2. Only 25% compensation shall be given in case of probation is terminated at the end of week 2 based on a pro-rata basis
3. Only 50% compensation shall be given in case of probation is terminated at the end of week 3 based on a pro-rata basis
4. End of week 4 option to choose Macbook Pro (Mid2012) as compensation or cost of probation compensation of 100%. in case of probation is terminated/completed
Additional information:
1. Progress review reporting during probation is every week, at the end of each week till the probationary period
2. If work is not satisfactory, the employment shall be terminated
3. 6 days working
4. Location: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad (Delhi/NCR region only)
