SEO Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being the frontline person responsible to execute SEO activities under the guidance of an SEO analyst and manager
2. Build a capability to understand the client businesses and execute activities as per the SEO strategy
3. Monitor and report on search trends and SEO performance
4. Learn and follow SEO standard operating procedures (SOPs) to execute client strategy effectively
5. Support the analysts and managers in data analysis and insights
6. Perform and deliver under tight deadlines
7. Learn and adapt to SODP s process and methodologies

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of organic search and news SEO
2. 1 to 2 years of experience - must be comfortable with tech and core tech concepts
3. Interested in publisher SEO and specializing in this subset for the long term
4. Must be comfortable with learning and using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc. to uncover insights for clients
5. Ability to learn the processes and execute tasks with minimal supervision in a collaborative and positive team environment
6. A self-starter with the ability to grasp concepts quickly
7. A continuous learner
8. Comfortable with project management and analytics tools
9. Track record in creating engaging and compelling content
10. A collaborative team player who values the success of the whole team, in addition to their own
11. Comfortable with speaking English, communicating over Google Meet calls, and taking/explaining deliverables over Loom
