Social Media Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Set specific objectives and report on ROI
4. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
5. Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
6. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
7. Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies to increase our online presence
8. Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly
9. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy
10. Monitor competitors' social media activities
11. Monitor, track, and analyze the success of social media content, campaigns, and our overall online presence
12. Take ownership and drive growth in social media audience engagement
13. Ideate social media posts and stories

Requirements:

1. Should possess sports knowledge, especially USA-based sports
2. Should be very proficient in English
3. Knowledge of social media platforms
4. Familiarity with social media trends and best practices
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Access to a computer and internet connection
