At Viral Vichaar, we create impactful product videos and focus on helping brands grow through creative storytelling on Instagram. We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Associate who can create, manage, and grow engaging Instagram content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instagram Management: Manage and oversee Instagram accounts for our clients, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
2. Video Content Creation: Shoot high-quality video content using professional equipment that aligns with our client's brand and vision.
3. Trend Research: Stay updated on Instagram trends, including Reels, audio, and viral content ideas.
4. Content Ideation: Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that enhance engagement and reach.
5. Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, DMs, and interactions to build a strong Instagram presence for clients.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance on Instagram and provide actionable insights for improvement.


Requirements:

1. Experience in managing Instagram accounts (preferably for brands or agencies).
2. You should be a video content creator
3. Access to professional production equipment, including a camera, lighting, and other essential tools for high-quality video production.
4. A strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm, features, and best practices.
5. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
6. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
