The 'Social Media Recruiter' is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent through social media platforms and international job boards like Indeed, Chef Jobs, etc. This role requires a strong background in recruitment, a deep understanding of international job boards, and the ability to effectively connect with candidates who meet the company's hiring needs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing recruitment processes remotely and aligning talent with the company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, engage, and recruit candidates via social media and international job boards.
2. Post job openings, manage candidate sourcing, and screen applicants effectively.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and job requirements.
4. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in various sectors.
5. Ensure smooth communication and updates between candidates and the hiring team.
