Helper4U Services LLP is a tech platform that enables the hiring of unorganized workers by households and businesses. This minimizes their exploitation - physical or financial, at the hands of the middleman. Our focus is domestic workers (maids, nannies, cooks, drivers, elder care staff) and similar job seekers in businesses (peons, delivery staff, housekeeping staff, shop assistants, telecallers, data entry, laborers). On the other end of the spectrum, we are helping employers hire these workers, directly, without any third-party intervention, on mutually acceptable terms.

The whole process is largely tech-driven, using a very hands-off approach. A mobile phone is central to the whole process of hiring and the back-end algorithms take care of the whole matchmaking process. We have been operational for five years now, and along the way, we have been recognized and awarded as an innovative concept by many.
