We are looking for a versatile and passionate software engineer who's ready to be part of something from the very beginning, like, pre-MVP beginning. You'll be joining as one of the very first team members, either as the first employee or a core part of the founding team. This isn't just a job, it's an invitation to help shape an innovative edtech product from the ground up. We are at the ideation stage, crafting the MVP, and every idea you contribute will directly influence what we build, how we build it, and how it grows.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate directly with the founder to architect and build the core product.
2. Design and implement backend systems and APIs, ensuring performance and scalability.
3. Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs or AI tools based on evolving product needs.
4. Help in choosing the right tech stack and tools to solve real-world user problems.
5. Adapt quickly and pivot when needed, we're building fast and learning as we go.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys learning and working with multiple tools, frameworks, and languages.
Has a strong command over Python and can write scalable, clean, and modular code.
Is driven by curiosity and loves experimenting to find the best tech solutions.
Wants to take ownership and grow into a founding team member over time.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. have minimum 1 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack or mobile application development.
Strong hands-on skills with Flutter and Python (Flask).
Experience building or contributing to real-world projects or startups.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms(AWS and GCP)
Comfortable learning new technologies, languages, or frameworks as needed.
B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Startup-friendly mindset: eager to learn, build fast, and iterate often.
Ability to independently manage and maintain large codebases, with a proactive, self-starting approach that requires minimal supervision.
