1. Develop and implement project plans, activities, and budgets in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
2. Supervise and provide technical guidance to project staff and consultants
3. Ensure project goals and objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets
4. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and timely delivery of project outputs
5. Provide regular updates to the program manager on project status, including preparing project reports and documentation
6. Ensure compliance with all donor and organizational policies, procedures, and regulations
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and communities to foster collaboration and achieve project objectives
8. Represent the organization in meetings and events at the state level

1. The Non-Violence Foundation is a non-governmental organization committed to promoting peace and non-violence in communities around the world. We are currently seeking state project managers to oversee our programs and initiatives in Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Bihar, West Bengal, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Gujarat, Karnataka, Jammu Kashmir, Maharshtra, Telangana, Jharkhand, etc. We are not looking at any specific cities as such, and need managers from all states
2. Preference will be given to MSW, MBA, or MJMC candidates
