About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, events, and referrals.
2. Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective students via phone calls to introduce our sales training course and its benefits.
3. Counseling: Provide comprehensive information about the course, addressing any questions or concerns students may have.
4. Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
5. Enrollment Management: Assist candidates with the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective students to improve our course offerings and marketing strategies.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align efforts and optimize lead conversion strategies.
