At least 1 year of experience in curriculum & assessment designing in mathematics subject (6th-10th standard)
Creative & innovative work in pedagogy is a huge plus
Ability to research different pedagogies and learning theories and use them to craft content which helps the learner
Ability to make content based on the latest framework for learning
Believes in personalized learning & making fun & interactive learning paths that students love
Deep interest in learning, understanding how students learn, where they face difficulties & how to solve them
Have led small to mid teams
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must-have
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
