Subject Matter Expert: Science (K-12) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Create engaging & fun content homework which can be given by teachers
2. Manage internal and external teams (of freelancers) to ensure delivery of top-quality content based on innovative frameworks & formats
3. Maintain & continuously improve content quality
4. Set up quality check processes and deadlines to deliver content in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently based on market needs
5. Collaborate with the team to create a learning material framework that students love to do and improve understanding of concepts and learner performance
6. Iterate framework & learning material based on learning from product data & user interviews

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in curriculum & assessment designing in a science subject (6th-12th standard)
2. Creative & innovative work in pedagogy is a huge plus
3. Ability to research different pedagogies and to learn theories and use them to craft content that helps the learner
4. Ability to make content based on the latest framework for learning
5. Believes in personalized learning & making fun & interactive learning paths that students love
6. Deep interest in learning, understanding how students learn, where they face difficulties & how to solve them
7. Must have led small to mid teams in job or college
8. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must-have

Additional information

1. Working days are 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
