Talent Acquisition Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Run the operations for the recruitment vertical
2. Source the top candidates and help build a large talent pool of high-quality candidates
3. Work on complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements
4. Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process
5. Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
6. Update candidate statutes in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.)
7. Work on a timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATS
8. Track the candidate registration process and ensure that they complete their profiles
9. Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients
10. Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Required:

1. Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
2. Ability to prioritize and organize own work
3. Desire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients
4. Keen interest in recruitment
