1. Candidates with an experience in IT, and non-IT recruitment would be preferred
2. Experience - 3 months to 2 years
3. Familiarity with job sites like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, etc.
4. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and CareerBuilder
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Should be a team player with excellent record-keeping skills
7. Should have their own laptop & smartphone
