About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/video screenings
3. Schedule Interviews as per the panel availability
4. Facilitate the offer process - pre-offer document collection, negotiation of salary
5. Work on candidate engagement for onboarding
6. Work on post joining candidate engagement till invoice stage
7. Work on active referencing to enhance database
8. Ensure candidates are well prepared for interview discussions
9. Work on client coordination as required

Other requirements

Knowledge of Indian financial services industry

Should have done non-IT recruitment (worked on sales profile sourcing)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
