Key responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment - Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing positions across tech and non-tech roles.
2. Talent Sourcing & Market Research - Proactively identify top talent using various sourcing channels, stay updated on industry trends, and build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
3. Database management: Manage data of candidates and continuously work on adding more relevant candidates to the pool.
