Talent Consultant Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Take care of the entire recruitment process for the non-IT vertical
2. Source the candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn, etc. in a stipulated time frame
3. Contact eligible candidates for interviews and follow-ups coordination with candidates and take regular follow-ups
4. Work on coordination of joining of candidates
5. Shortlist and screen CVs
6. Pre-screen the candidates
7. Send appropriate profiles matching client requirements
8. Arrange interviews
9. Work on salary negotiation with the candidates
10. Follow up till the requirement is fulfilled
11. Track candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
12. Adhere to internal and client-specified TAT and performance parameters

Who can apply:

1. Only local Delhi/NCR candidates preferred
2. Candidates should have a mobile + laptop and WIFI connection
3. Candidates should be comfortable coming to the office once every month for review meetings or any office get-togethers
