Talent Success Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities :

1. Create applicant pools through online (professional networks/social media platforms) & offline (hackathons, networking events, referrals) channels proactively
2. Evaluate applications & conduct initial phone discussions to understand the candidates better and create a filtered candidate pool
3. Coordinate with the team to organize and manage successive interview processes for all the interested candidates
4. Build strategies to ensure positive candidate experience and to foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
5. Plan and organize networking events, recruitment drives, hackathons, etc.
6. Brainstorm, design, and execute various employer branding activities
7. Take decisions and lead as a brand ambassador of Skuad actively
