Team Administrator And Trainer Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing documents
2. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
3. Develop and deliver training programs to improve the team's performance and productivity
4. Conduct training needs assessments and recommend training solutions to address knowledge and skill gaps
5. Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
7. Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
8. Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in the English language
2. 3+ years of experience in team administration and training
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
7. Experience with learning management systems and other training tools
8. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
