Are you pretty good at content writing but want to play your part in supporting a world-class link-building agency? The Links Guy is looking for a remote technical content writer with experience creating content for B2B and B2C clients.
You will use research, writing, and editing skills to produce expert-level articles on assigned topics. You'll help our clients achieve their growth goals by creating content that connects with their target audiences and brings eyes to their sites.
Requirements:
1. You have at least 1 year of professional technical content writing experience in a competitive environment
2. You're passionate about creating, developing, and executing the content elements
3. You take operational ownership of the content schedule and have accountability for internal task management
4. Can create compelling content ideas based on keyword gap analysis and keyword research
5. You work with a team of internal/external collaborators supporting the creation of high-volume quality content driving a wider strategy
6. Track record in creating engaging and compelling content across a variety of niches/industries and audience types
Key responsibilities:
1. Perform and deliver under tight deadlines. KPIs of a minimum number of articles/words per week
2. Edit or rewrite your existing content to meet the senior editor's expectations
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure articles are written according to the standards of the client, as well as the third-party sites where articles are published (will range in everything from smaller blogs to niche industry publications and large media)
4. Create engaging and relevant content ideas based on keyword gap analysis and keyword research
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, literature, journalism, mass communication, or a related field
2. Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
3. Creative writing, solid grammar, and impeccable spelling are a must
4. A self-starter with the ability to create content quickly
5. A continuous learner
6. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work within the set deadlines and meet targets
9. Available to work full-time
10. Can handle UK (GMT time zone) working hours of 8 am - 5 pm, and be available for meetings
11. Have a stable, high-speed, fiber-optic internet connection; a webcam; and a mic
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
