Tongadive Limited is looking for an experienced technical document writer with effective communication and English proficiency (written).
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, installation guides, release notes, frequently asked questions, white papers, online help files, and other technical material
2. Collaborate with software development teams, product teams, and subject matter experts to create and maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation
3. Prepare documentation plans and ensure documentation is published on schedule
4. Research and track new technologies, trends, and standards
5. Provide feedback on product usability
6. Follow established standards and style guides
7. Edit and proofread documents written by others
