A Bachelor's/master's degree in HR, business administration, information technology or successfully completed studies or comparable training in the commercial field
You have at least one year of experience in recruiting
You have relevant professional experience in active sourcing and in using various sourcing tools
You have a good feeling for people and convince them with your positive attitude
You are quick on the uptake, very committed, and meticulous
Flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and curiosity complete your profile
You are a strong communicator and a networker through and through
You are business fluent in English (German would be beneficial)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
