Technical Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
2. Review job descriptions for vacancies
3. Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
4. Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
5. Draft recruitment advertisements and posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions
6. Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications
7. Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers
8. Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
9. Work on vetting potential employees' credentials

Note: Candidates having some prior experience in technical recruitment are preferred.
