Key responsibilities:

1. Work on providing remote desktop support
2. Work on identifying hardware and software solutions
3. Work on troubleshooting technical issues
4. Work on diagnosing and repairing faults
5. Sell subscription packages to customers

7. Work on resolving technical issues
