We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled telecalling assistant to join our team as back-office support for our UK-based business.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent British accent and excellent communication and organizational skills. As a telecalling assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a customer information database.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
2. Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as necessary
3. Maintain accurate and updated customer information in our database
4. Work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures
6. Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
1. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in British English
2. Proven experience as a Telecalling Assistant or similar role
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 95%
2. Variable component: 3%
3. Other incentives: 2%
