About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on placing phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
2. Work on generating a minimum of 1 meeting confirmation with B2B prospects in international markets (for IT services mainly) daily
3. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to the supervisory staff
4. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Skills & Requirements:

1. Spoken English should be above average
2. Candidates should have undergone telemarketing training and must have worked in that capacity for at least 6 months to apply for this position
3. Time-managed and sincere
4. Since it is a work-from-home role, a quiet room is a must for this role for telecalling
5. Women wanting to start/restart their careers can also apply
6. IT industry knowledge preferred

Note:

1. This is not for an internship; this is a full-time long-term career-building/job opportunity
2. We can accommodate flexible timings as our prospects are international in almost all time zones
3. All contact details, tools, calling scripts, mock trials, and training will be provided
4. A fixed salary of Rs. 16,666 per month & incentives are offered (for every meeting confirmed, there will be an incentive of Rs. 250 per meeting)
