Purpose of the position: The candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Shopsy customers on inbound calls.
Key responsibilities:
1. Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to customers on call
2. Provide quotes and information to customers related to their product
3. Provide information including delivery time and other quires related to the product
4. Fulfill invoice requests on purchased products
Should have a working laptop/PC and high-speed internet with a minimum of 20 mbps speed
Should not have worked or interviewed in Shopsy in last 3 months
Should have a minimum of 6 months experience in BPO
Freshers were also considered
Should be proficient in spoken and written English & Hindi
Should be comfortable working any 24/7 shift
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
