Telecaller Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing them to your company's products or services
2. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with information about your company's products or services
3. Identifying and qualifying leads by asking the right questions and assessing their interest in your company's offerings
4. Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
5. Keeping accurate records of all interactions with customers, including call logs, emails, and other correspondence
6. Following up with potential customers who have expressed interest in your company's offerings to close sales
7. Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and your company's products or services to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers
