Telecaller Job (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch company services.
2. Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
3. Achieve the assigned monthly sales targets.
4. Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM system.
5. Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversions.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
2. Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
3. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
5. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Compensation Structure:

1. No Fixed Salary - Payment will be made only if sales targets are achieved.
