Telesales Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls to potential and existing customers
2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
3. Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential customers
4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or events
5. Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
6. Achieve individual and team sales targets
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales performance
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
9. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required

2. Proven track record of successful telephone sales experience

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
8. Familiarity with sales techniques and procedures
