Telesales Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Be in charge of selecting, educating, and monitoring telesales representatives' performance and support the creation and use of successful sales tactics
2. Respond to any customer inquiries and concerns in your capacity as a telesales manager and work on establishing annual and monthly sales targets

Required:

1. You should be able to develop long-lasting relationships with customers and possess strong communication abilities
2. You must have good networking and bargaining abilities to be successful in this position

5. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline

8. Outstanding presenting, communication, and negotiating abilities

1
