1. Graduate from a recognized college or university and an experience of minimum of 6 months in the relevant field and freshers can also apply
2. Ability to speak regional Indian languages & having experience with CRM software will be an advantage
3. Exceptional verbal, oral & written communication skills
4. Willingness to learn, a positive outlook & result oriented
5. An in-depth understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics
6. Empathetic & patient to handle customers in a more efficient manner
