Trip Coordinator Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Stay on top of the trips assigned to you, knowing the status of each associated bookable
2. Book flights and check-in customers on flights as instructed
3. Find accommodation options in our destinations that meet the Journee bar
4. Negotiate partner prices with accommodation providers and book them for our customers
5. Book rental cars and/or other transport for our customers
6. Negotiate with experience providers on behalf of Journee and book them for our users
7. Find alternative experience providers when original plans are no longer viable
8. Proactively manage cancellations and re-bookings in case of any changes
9. Help write the final itinerary used by our customers to explore their mystery destination
10. Research the best things to see and in do in destinations around the world

Requirements:

1. High attention to detail and a low tolerance for mistakes
2. Extremely organized, structured and deadline-driven
3. Able to follow processes accurately and timely (finding ways to improve them is a bonus)
4. Strong written English and overall communication skills
5. Passionate traveler with an eye for interesting places and exceptional travel experiences
6. Prior experience in travel is a bonus (but not essential)
7. Prior experience in handling large sums of user money is a bonus (but not essential)
8. Have a reliable, fast-speed internet and laptop access at all times
