Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our brand values and messaging
2. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on design ideas
3. Design and implement website layouts, user interfaces, and navigation schemes that optimize user engagement and drive conversions

Requirements:

1. A portfolio of previous website designs that demonstrates your design skills and process
2. Expertise in UI/UX design, with an understanding of web development best practices
3. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Experience working with development teams and a good understanding of the technical aspects of website design and development
