University Relations Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Build a marketing plan for the university
2. Attend education fairs and recruitment events across India to meet and advise prospective students and offer-holders on a range of matters, including courses, entry requirements, and application processes
3. Support recruitment-focused events like offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events by booking venue(s), sending invitations, calling for confirmations, etc.
4. Analyze India and other global market data
5. Participate in fairs conducted by stakeholders for recruitment purposes across
Visit agent offices for training staff and holding student interviews
6. Assist in building working relationships with recruitment agents
7. Conduct agent counselor training sessions (virtual and in-house)
8. Maintain excellent customer service by answering all inquiries from prospective students and parents
9. Ensure all university procedures operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
10. Collaborate with our global partner universities to support of student recruitment
