1. Work on conducting company, industry, and competitor analyses and providing critical information to prepare collaterals and company feasibility
2. Build detailed financial models, including LBO & merger models, discounted cash flow, relative valuation, WACC, and beta calculation, performing sensitivity analysis, and other ad-hoc analyses
3. Work on the preparation of investment decks, information memorandums & business plans
4. Work on the identification of comparable companies, comparable transactions, and calculation of transaction multiples
5. Research current trends in the M&A, funding, VC & startup sector
6. Generate content from the data collected and make it presentable for online publishing & internal reports (execute necessary client & industry-specific research work)
Candidates having theoretical knowledge of valuation and financial modeling will be preferred
Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
