1. Must understand Hindi and English

2. Must do subtitles professionally in Hindi and English

3. Must work 8 hours a day (an hour lunch break) total hours should be: 200 hours a month

4. Must have a good internet connection (do not apply if you don't have a high-speed internet connection)

5. Must have an editing understanding of the given software, for example, Adobe premiere pro, Camtasia, and Photoshop

6. Catchy thumbnail creation understanding (do not apply if you never created a thumbnail before)
