Wordpress & Shopify Developer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain custom WordPress and Shopify websites
2. Make UI/UX improvements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
3. Customize themes, plugins, and third-party apps
4. Manage product uploads, collections, and navigation in Shopify
5. Build pages with page builders like Elementor and Divi
6. Implement SEO and performance optimization best practices
7. Troubleshoot and fix bugs and cross-browser compatibility issues
8. Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time

Requirements:

1. Possess at least 1 year of proven experience working with both WordPress and Shopify
2. Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (for Shopify)
3. Show familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and Shopify apps
4. Apply basic knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and domain setup
5. Work comfortably with Figma, Trello, or similar tools
6. Maintain strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines
7. Communicate effectively and work independently
8. Have experience with WooCommerce
9. Understand Shopify metafields and custom sections
10. Write custom PHP or JS scripts for advanced features
