Key responsibilities:

1. Working on industry and company research into niche markets
2. Understanding company structures and dynamics
3. Refurbishing your market information on a regular basis
4. Updating and maintaining data/information on the internal MIS
5. Designing search plans, mapping, and headhunting
6. Assisting the reporting manager in the execution of senior-level management mandates
7. Working on job postings on Antal.com
8. Working on article/blog posting over the web
9. Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager
