1. Co-create, design, and lead in-house research projects from start to finish
2. Work with teams to develop key hypotheses and research proposals in line with team strategies
3. Write and produce informative briefings, research papers, reports, email updates, and other materials on the project
4. Work on drafting documents (research summaries, briefs recommendations, vision documents) for external stakeholders
5. Identify policy issues, and conduct research, consultations, and analysis
B. Work on planning & strategic management
1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program
2. Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the program to maintain or improve quality
3. Work on developing and implementing work plans, identifying and defining key initiatives and outcomes, conducting research, writing policy papers, and making recommendations for consideration
C. Work on monitoring and evaluation
1. Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of the program
2. Partner with individuals & organizations in both public & private sector to plan, initiate & implement advocacy strategies
3. Work on training design, development, and delivery, conduct learning sessions, and provide regular coaching and support during the action period for implementing
