1. Study processes, understand requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement business solutions and strategies across functional domains such as HR and Marketing
2. Conduct industry analysis, and competitor analysis, and create company profiles based on project requirements
3. Stay up to date on the market trends in the assigned area of work
4. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports and presentations
5. Working collaboratively with the team members under the guidance of the project manager
Requirements:
1. Any graduate may apply. Graduates with BBA and/or MBA with HR specialization are highly preferred
2. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal skills in English and be similarly proficient with at least one other Indian language
3. Candidates must have good subject knowledge of Human Resource Management, excellent analytical skills, and a willingness to build a career in Human Resource consulting
4. Candidates must have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
